Terms & Conditions


The “Client” means the persons, organisation or company hiring a photo booth from “Social Booth”.

Social Booth is a trading name of Classy Wedding.


1.1 All equipment remains the property of the Social Booth at all times.

1.2 By placing an order with us either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether a booking has been confirmed or booking fee paid it is deemed that the Client has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.

1.3 In the event of traffic or any other circumstances beyond our control preventing us from being able to fulfil our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of delayed start. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.

1.4 If requested information is not supplied the Social Booth will be unable to attend as these details are required before the photo booth can be set up. Failure to supply this information will result in a non attendance of the Social Booth and all monies will not be refunded.

Price, Booking Fee and Payments

2.1 Booking fee will only be refunded if Social Booth or a representative of Classy Wedding has to cancel your hire to unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel the date of your hire within 14 days of your event the booking fee will not be refunded.

2.2 The remaining or full payment must be made no later than 7 days BEFORE your event starts. Failure to make this payment without prior agreement will render your hire cancelled with any booking fee not being refunded.

2.3 Payment details will be supplied by email upon request. Payment options are: Paypal, Bank transfer, Credit card or cash (only if agreed, see 2.4).

2.4 Cash payments will only be agreed if the booking fee has been paid in advance of the booking date.

2.5 Classy Wedding will not accept payments after the event so if you have not paid in accordance to section 2.2 of these terms and conditions a photo booth will not attend your event.

2.6 Classy Wedding does not accept cheques.

2.7 Standing charges will apply if the booth is required to be set up more than 1 hour before an event unless otherwise agreed at time of booking. The charge is £25 per hour.


3.1 Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges;
Any event cancelled within 30 days of the event date will liable for 25% of the hire fee

3.2 Any event cancelled within 7 days of the event will be liable for 100% of the hire fee

3.3 From time to time we may have to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances. We do try give as much notice as possible but sometimes we are unable to do this. We can only apologise as it’s usually out of our hands. Booking fee or full payments will be refunded.


4.1 Social Booth reserve the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.

4.2 All photo sizes quoted are approximate

4.3. All equipment remains the property of the Social Booth at all times.

4.4 Social Booth reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.

Venue, Locationand Conduct

5.1 The Photo Booth will be set up as agreed on arrival in one location only and cannot be moved once erected.

5.2 Social Booth reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue is deemed to be unsuitable to set up the equipment (for example the floor is not level or is unstable) or if the client has failed to notify Social Booth of any excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the set up area. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.

5.3 The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of the hire period.

5.4 Social Booth reserve the right to cease operation and remove the photo booth from site if at any time a member of Social Booth staff feel that guests or clients conduct is endangering the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the photo booth. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to Social Booth. You will be given notice of this intention and expect you to action a solution. If suitable action is not taken then the photo booth will be closed down.


6.1 The client agrees to indemnify Social Booth for any damage or theft of any Social Booth equipment whilst on hire.

6.2 Social Booth accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the photo booth, props or any other hired equipment.
